This notice explains the product data MonitorThatLink needs to verify commercial links and operate an account.
What we process
Account email and authentication data, the links and expected targets you submit, check results, redirect outcomes, backlink evidence, notification preferences, and billing identifiers when billing is enabled.
Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate you, perform the requested link-integrity checks, show history and alerts, send opted-in product notifications, prevent abuse, and operate billing.
Retention
Check history is retained for a limited operational window. You can archive links to stop future checks. Account and billing records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Third parties
MonitorThatLink uses infrastructure, email delivery, and payment providers to operate the service. Those providers process only the data needed for their role.
